Features & How-To Guides
Yes, many games allow in-game saving, while others use “save states” via the emulator. Here are the most common steps to save and load game progress:
SELECT + R1 → Save progress
SELECT + L1 → Load progress
SELECT + UP/DOWN → Change save slot (useful for multiple save files)
Please be careful not to accidentally load a save when you intend to save, as this can overwrite your progress.
To exit a game, press Start + Select at the same time twice quickly.
Some games can also be exited via the in-game menu. For example, certain PlayStation titles allow you to open the menu by pressing down the right joystick, then selecting the exit option.
Use the included USB-C charging cable to charge the console. A full charge takes around 2–4 hours, and you can expect 4–7 hours of playtime depending on game intensity and screen brightness.
There are two methods to add games to favourites:
- Press the Y button while hovering over the game you want to favourite
- If the first method doesn’t work, press and hold the X button
Press the ‘Start’ button to open the main menu
Go to ‘UI Settings’

Choose “Epic”, “Epic Cody”, or “Epic Noir”
Press A to apply

Usage & Troubleshooting
First, make sure the console is properly charged using the included USB-C cable. Leave it charging for at least 2–3 hours before attempting to turn it on. Also, ensure that the microSD card is correctly and fully inserted into the console, as the device may not boot properly without it.
If there’s still no response, try using a different charger or USB-C cable. If the problem continues, please contact us for further assistance.
This usually happens when a search filter has been applied. In that case, the number you see reflects only the results of your search, not the full game library.
To fix this, press **Y** to open the search/filter menu, then select **Reset** and press Enter. This will clear any filters and restore the full list of games.

This is normal for brand-new devices that haven’t gone through a full charge cycle yet. The battery indicator can be inaccurate on the first few uses because the system hasn’t calibrated itself. Here’s what we recommend:
- Fully charge the console to 100%
Even if it reaches 100% quickly, leave it plugged in for at least 2–3 hours to ensure a proper initial charge.
- Use the console until the battery drops to around 10–20%
This helps the system learn the real battery capacity.
